Jessica Horan is a contemporary photographer and visual artist, her work explores the connection between humanity and nature. Horan operates within the land and the studio, where she experiments with natural and artificial light to examine organic textures, forms and colours of the natural world.

Horan’s practice combines photography, digital manipulation and layering techniques to create a body of work reimagining reality. Horan interrogates the fragility and beauty of our surroundings, questioning the significant environmental impact of humans and offers a glimpse into our complex connection to nature.
